INVITATION
Dear HST Friends,
AMATEUR RADIO UNION OF SERBIA (SRS)
as the hosting society and radio-amateur club “New Belgrade”
(YU1FJK), as the direct organizer of 7th WORLD
HST CHAMPIONSHIP, have the honor and the pleasure to invite
all national amateur radio societies and their members to
visit our country, and participate in this Championship.
We would like to invite not only competitors but also all
radio-amateurs and fans of this sport. They will have a
chance to enjoy in Belgrade - capital city of Serbia and our
hospitality.

VENUE
Belgrade
The
Championship will be held in New Belgrade, one of the
largest municipalities of Belgrade Town.
ACCOMMODATION
Participants will be settled in hotel “Putnik” near Danube
and Sava rivers. Hotel “Putnik” is situated 3 km from
Belgrade city center, 4 km from Main railway and bus
station, and 12 km form Belgrade Airport “Nikola Tesla”.

TRANSPORTATION
There will be different transportation options (travel by
car, train, bus, plane). The nearest airport is in Belgrade.
VISAS
The citizens of majority of countries expected to take part
in the Championship do not need visa to enter in Serbia.
National teams/societies that need visas will be informed
accordingly after receiving their Letter of Intent.
WEATHER
The weather in this period of the year is stable, usually
sunny, with daily temperatures 19–23°C.

FEES
Competitors and Officials
Price per participant for the whole Championship is 265 EUR,
if it is payed by June 30. 2007.
The price is 285 EUR for in-site payment.
The above fee covers:

Price per participant for the whole Championships is 175 EUR,
if it is paid by June 30. 2007.
The price is 195 EUR for in-site payment.

that will participate for the first time in HST WCH
Hosting society will assure special discount for national
teams/societies that will participate for the first time in
World HST Championship after advent of their Letter of
Intent.
